LAUREN is a patient-driven engagement platform that produces individualized care profiles based on health risk and health equity. Our health risk assessment combines indicators for hypertension, behavioral health and diabetes.

Women can build their own digital health village – connecting directly with their care team, designated loved one, and virtual health enterprise partners while managing their chronic health with our AI-enabled care plan.

The user journey can start during pregnancy, and go beyond the childbearing age. As a result of this model, we reduce high costs of emergency visits and physician/nurse burnout by proactively sharing clinical and social insights on their patient(s) needs. We position women with the support village they need and equip them as partners in their own care.
